WHAT DO I NEED? or   DO I KNOW WHO AM I?  We explore what is fulfilling in your life, recognising, and then adding to it, by making that important change from feeling 'stuck' to a life that  has meaning and contains positive relationships.

What gives meaning to life is our connections to other people, and our relationships give meaning and purpose to life. Using creative forms of exploration you will see how you connect to yourself and others. This will be done within the harmonious tranquil setting of 'The Hacienda' amid the Sierra Navada Mountains, Spain.
