We will begin by exploring how you, as a team, adapt. Does your team have a clear purpose? Maybe that purpose is something that needs to be redefined. What is your team goal, does it lack definition? All of these questions will be explored during your time with Steele Lilies.
We will create structure within a flexible time table, allowing space for the creativity to flow between team members. We can create space for exploring the building objectives of your team. Exploring and discovering personal strengths is important. During your time you will learn how to recognise and integrate them in your team, building upon them. Between us we can discover the value of differences that exist within your team, recognising the potential these offer for learning and expansion and not to view them as stultifying and negative.
This can bring into light all that drives you as an individual and colouring your input as a team player. It can also raise more questions, do we see adjustments as weaknesses? Is change exciting or scarey? How do these make themselves known within the team?
As you share this unique experience with others, either in informal chats or during the team experience, you begin to discover what harmony means and what it feels like. If you can do that as individuals and transpose that into your team, imagine what you can begin to offer to your clientele.
