Complacency, habit and blindness often prevent us from feeling in life. So much depends on your frame of vision or the window through which you view life. We will explore your windows, both as an individual and as a couple.

You can't think your way into a new way of living - you have to live your way into a new way of thinking.
The rest of your stay is yours to relax in the infinity pool, try the outdoor wood burning sauna lodge or outdoor solar jacuzzi. You may want to wander in the private acres of woodland and olive groves or, perhaps, take the opportunity to book a relaxing massage with the on site masseur. If horse riding and pony trekking excites you, a nearby equestrian centre are happy to organise moonlight rides and picnic tapas routes to while away your time.
The nearest town of Montefrio is only a short drive away. Here you can spend time looking round the beautiful town hidden amonst the Sierra Nevada mountains.
Further afield there is the opportunity to visit the beautiful 'Al Hambra' Palace and its stunning gardens in Granada. If you would like to explore in greater depth, with a little planning we can organise excursions to many local areas and places of interest.
If food is your thing we have our very own chef on hand. He produces a delicious brunch, mid-morning, along with sumptuous evening meals to dine away in this beautiful location. Occassionally the most delicous cakes appear in the main kitchen and are a welcome accompaniment to your choice of drink, when you need a respite from lazing in the sun. Of course, there is a wide selection snacks and fruit available thoughout the day in the main kitchen - simply help yourself!
