On arrival to 'La Hacienda' I like to ensure I am there to welcome you as you familiarise yourself with your accomodation and the amenities. Maybe take a stroll around the beautiful olive groves and surrounding area. Why not have a dip in the infinity pool, relax in the outdoor wood burning sauna or chill out in solar jacuzzi, you choose!
Once you have had a chance to relax and unwind from your travels, we can sit down and introduce ourselves and get to know one another. We will run through the plans for the week, which will be designed around your needs, and give you a flavour of the ways you can create difference in your life.
Using visualization, mindfulness practice and creative forms of expressing yourself we can begin the process of discovery. This holistic therapeutic approach allows access to your authentic source and offers you potential to rejuvenate the part you have distanced yourself from.

There are several activities locally that may be of interest to you. Horse riding and pony trekking is a popular choice. The nearby equestrian centre organises lovely moonlight rides and picnic/tapas routes that are a real treat. During your time on this retreat there will be opportunities for you to travel further afield. A place of particular beauty and historical interest is 'Al Hambra Palace' in Granada and its stunning gardens are a must see!
